Amy Gill-Sidhu brings over 20 years of experience in HR from both private and public sectors across the Lower Mainland. Currently, she is the Executive Director, Talent Strategy & People Services, at Fraser Health serving nearly 50,000 staff and medical staff. Her portfolio encompasses several departments including: talent acquisition, onboarding, people and talent development, Indigenous recruitment and retention, executive search and medical staff recruitment, organizational development, engagement and recognition, along with compensation, benefits, work design and HR consulting. Amy’s success has been driven by her curiosity, openness to leveraging technology and streamlining processes so it works on the ground for her operational partners. She is the daughter of immigrant parents and has seen firsthand what a life built through the support of a strong community can look like, and the magic it can contribute to, for bright futures.
