Why support DIVERSEcity?

At DIVERSEcity, we are changemakers. We listen with open hearts and minds to make a difference in people’s lives.

Surrey is one of the fastest-growing cities in Canada and one of the most diverse, with people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures. There are so many people to help — from youth to seniors to survivors of gender-based violence to refugees to people facing food insecurity — and so many ways that DIVERSEcity can help them — from empowering programming to access to daily necessities to emergency needs.

You can help, too. While DIVERSEcity’s funding primarily comes from federal and provincial governments, as well as corporate funders, and we thank them, a proportion must come from other sources, including donations and legacies.
