Share your expertise with a longstanding registered charity and make an impact in the community

DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society is seeking individuals to join our volunteer Board of Directors.

We are actively recruiting Directors for two-year terms who reflect the diversity of the people we serve, have prior Board experience with governance (Carver model) with an organization of similar size and complexity, and have experience with:

  • Non-profit community organizations
  • A commitment to Indigenous reconciliation, equity and advancing social change
  • Settlement advocacy knowledge or expertise
  • Business community connections in Surrey, Delta, White Rock and emerging areas of service in BC

We are particularly interested in candidates who enhance the Board’s existing strengths with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Public policy/government relations
  • Information technology
  • Indigenous knowledge
  • Social enterprises
  • Capital projects
