The H.E.A.L. Program — Celebrating Success!

We’re thrilled to celebrate the graduation of the ninth cohort of the HEAL for Work – Employment Program for Women, led by the dedicated and passionate team of Sangeeta Soneji and Golnoosh Hakiman.

The H.E.A.L. Program — Hope. Empowerment. Adaptability. Learning. — is designed to support and empower survivors of violence and trauma as they re-enter the workforce. Through a combination of skill-building and personalized support, participants gain the tools they need to build meaningful careers and lives in Canada.

Some of the program highlights include:

• Group workshops & one-on-one coaching

• Free occupational skills training

• Individualized counselling support

Congratulations once again to all our graduates — your resilience and determination inspire us all!
