DIVERSEcity Skills Training Centre is taking the lead in AI training for small business owners.
This week, we delivered our hands-on Essential AI Skills for Business training course to about 30 small business participants, with support from the City of Surrey. “The session was a big success,” says Dean Lin, head of DIVERSEcity Skills Training Centre. “A huge thank you to our trainer, Mehrdad, for delivering an excellent session.”
Before the session, participants said they felt fairly comfortable with AI, but at a mostly basic level. After the session, most participants moved into a strong understanding of AI, feeling confident about how to leverage AI for their small business, particularly for marketing, operations and customer services.
