Refugee claimants need support in their journey, and Safe Haven can help!

DIVERSEcity’s Safe Haven Conversation Circles are a great way to build confidence speaking English while connecting with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Designed for refugee claimants, this program provides opportunities to practice English-language skills through friendly, engaging conversations in a comfortable and encouraging space.

Whether you’re just beginning your English-learning journey or looking for more opportunities to practice, Conversation Circles offer a place to learn, connect and grow together.

When?

Conversation Circles take place every Friday at the DIVERSEcity Surrey Community Campus.

  • Literacy Foundations & Level 1 Students: 10 – 11 am
  • Level 2-4 Students: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
